3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing to Citrus Travels.
3.2. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the service provider. In the case of a tour or package cancellation by Citrus Travels, a full refund will be provided.
3.3. Refunds for cancellations made by customers may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the time of cancellation and the terms of the specific service or package.
4.1. Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge, depending on the service provider’s policy.
4.2. Any changes to your itinerary or services must be communicated to us as early as possible.
5.1. We recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of property.
5.2. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of Citrus Travels.
6.1. Citrus Travels will not be held liable for any damages or loss of property, injury, or death that may occur during the course of any tour or service provided.
6.2. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or travel restrictions.
7.1. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are physically fit and capable of participating in the tours or activities booked through Citrus Travels.
7.2. Customers must comply with all local health and safety regulations, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe to participate in the tour or activity.
8.1. Customers are expected to act respectfully and responsibly during their travels, adhering to local customs, laws, and regulations.
8.2. Citrus Travels reserves the right to remove any guest from a tour or activity who behaves inappropriately, without any refund.
9.1. We value your privacy. All personal information collected will be used solely for booking, communication, and providing services.
9.2. Citrus Travels will not share your information with third parties unless required for the purpose of fulfilling your booking or by law.
10.1. All content on the Citrus Travels website, including but not limited to images, logos, and text, is owned by Citrus Travels or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
